Joining Papakura will be the Manurewa men who again stood up to the challenge with a record entry in the Men’s Prem 1 competition. 9 rounds of play commenced at 08:30 Saturday morning and by Sunday evening the defending champions had again won the title.

Papakura Men were the only team to dent the near perfect record of the Manurewa side who showed that the experience of attending many finals over the recent years makes them a formidable team with a proud record.

The winning side are pictured below with some of the Manurewa 2nd Team (Rio & Chris) who also showed they two can compete at this level.

· David Clark - Singles

· Steve Bicknell / Shane Drabble – Pairs

· David Parker / Paul Howe / Logan Clark / Bryn Morgan

· Bill Jones – Manager
