Result of the BCM Men's Open Fours

In an entertaining match at Manurewa Cossie Bowls this morning the Pukekohe Fours team of Mike Cavanagh, Andre Rautenbach and Shaun Pennell skipped by Frankie Lim managed an 18-10 victory over the Manurewa team.

The Manurewa team of Chris Brown, Logan Clark and Shane Drabble, skipped by David Clark were unlucky to go down 5 shots on the thirteenth end in a game which had been very close up until then.

A good stiff breeze across the Manurewa carpet provided an interesting situation for all bowlers.

Congratulations are due to the Pukekohe team for sticking together as a team and having Frankie rescue them on a number of occasions.

Thanks also to the Manurewa team for providing good opposition and playing the game in good and fair spirit.
